Tim and Dana Miller are NASM Certified Personal Trainers and Health & Wellness Transformation Coaches an have had their own incredible transformations, losing 143lbs together; Tim 52lbs and Dana, 91lbs. Tim, a 1st Degree Blackbelt in Taekwondo, is a former baseball star and Dana, a former college basketball star, work together at Be Fit as a husband-wife coaching combo to really "bring it" to the workouts.
Not long ago, Lucy Curran found inspiration and motivation by holding herself accountable through daily posts of photos showcasing her completed workouts. As her passion for health and wellness grew, she began incorporating like-minded individuals who inspired her, with their permission, into her photos. In time, the collage expanded, evoking a sense of accomplishment, accountability, and unity for all involved. Here at Be Fit Bootcamp, Lucy has become our "collage gal," creating similar collages of all those participating in our workouts. These fun collages are just one way our community takes pride in supporting and uplifting each other, fostering an environment that encourages personal growth in mental, physical and spiritual aspects!
The Founder of Be Fit Bootcamp, Dr. Ginger Decker, has always had a passion to teach and educate on REAL health and has done so in many venues; her own practice, at a world renown healing center, and even radio and TV, including The Dr. Oz show, with her book, The Rainbow Juice Cleanse. She was part of developing the very 1 st Surgeon General's Report on Physical Activity for women and has written many health and wellness programs for corporate wellness, various health companies, restaurants and even individuals needing such expertise. Now, she brings this expertise to YOU, the Be Fit Crew!

Uplifting & educational zooms with the Be Fit Pro Staff
Be Fit Bootcamp is a virtual online workout program done in the privacy of your own home, while having a very special social community of support of others like you- the Be Fit Crew- all moving along on the same path, keeping each other accountable, inspired and on track!
The program incorporates a wide variety of workout styles each week & throughout the month: circuit training, targeting the core/abs, legs, arms, love handles, booty and other strategic areas, cardio, HIIT (high intensity interval training), kick boxing, and various forms of toning, strength training, balance, flexibility, endurance, and even some fun optional extra challenges each month to push you a bit more, if you choose! The workout plans can totally be modified, based on your individual, abilities, goals and progress.
Be Fit is live-streamed in our private Be Fit Bootcamp Facebook group and led each morning by our Pro Staff Transformation Coaches, Tim & Dana Miller, who guide, inspire and encourage you throughout your journey. Other special guest trainers may contribute throughout the month as well, based on their availability.
Be Fit Bootcamp is fun and efficient! And because it's a social media community, you can get to know the other Be Fit Crew members, if you choose. You will find it is a vital, robust and empowering support network where you can interact daily with other members, as well as our team of support experts!

Once you have registered there under your Facebook name, you will be added as a Be Fit Bootcamp VIP member to our private, exclusive Facebook group, Be Fit Bootcamp, a few days before it starts. (Note: Please send "DrGinger Decker" a Facebook message if you are not Facebook friends with her and she will happily add you as a VIP member to the group page.)
NOTE: Be sure to use your Facebook name when you register, so we can be sure to find you on Facebook and invite you to the group. Be Fit is designed for the beginner to the advanced. It is for women & men of all ages, young & old, all shapes, fitness levels and personal goals. Be Fit is inclusive and accepting of different body types and experience. You have the ability to move up or down in intensity based on YOUR progress to get the results you are seeking, whether that is a weight loss/physique goal or a performance goal. Getting fit doesn't have to happen in a gym setting. You can get fit, healthy and strong with us and totally transform your physique with limited time in the comfort of your own home, with a challenging workout alongside a fun group of committed accountability partners and experts!
Be Fit Bootcamp dates are denoted on the bootcamp for which you register. It is a 4-week program, where we will all workout Monday-Friday and rest & recover over the weekend OR choose another type of workout activity on the weekends. Close to the end of the Be Fit Bootcamp register for, you will have the opportunity to join the next one, or you may choose auto pay and be automatically registered each month.
Workouts start sharply at 7:00am eastern time Monday-Friday and are complete within an hour or less. The Be Fit Pro Staff member teaching the class will go LIVE in the Facebook group. We realize many have very busy, hectic lifestyles or may live in a different time zone and eastern time is not convenient, so all workouts are recorded & posted in our private group, so you can "replay" the workouts, if needed, at a time that best fits your schedule-- there's always a way to get your "sweat on" - no excuses! Personalized fitness on your time, in your way!
Be Fit Bootcamp exercises utilize your own body weight, however, you can choose to add 3,5,8 or 10 pounds weights or even resistance bands and/or toning cords, as many choose to do, if you want to make your workout even more challenging. We do encourage you to drink clean water throughout your workout and have a sweat rag on hand!
When suffering from any of these, please consult your doctor prior to beginning a new exercise routine. Also, please alert us about your injury and we can provide you with modifications of movements and exercises for your individual needs. DO NOT PUSH THROUGH AN INJURY.
OH YES! The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program could be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.
I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and I assume full responsibility for all my participation.
I willingly agree to comply with terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest Be Fit Pro Staff immediately.
